Enter Blood and Roses. Yes, they always show up when there’s a fight. This story was originally going to be part of the Blood and Roses series. Wouldn’t be great to have Renea draw a new Blood & Roses comic.

ORIGINS introduces the Heroes of PARADOX WARS with each chapter we introduce Heroes and Villains that play a larger part in the coming conflicts. Darkness Chronicles… Banned together from different parts of the world these three are on a mission to rid the earth of the vile creatures called the Soulbreed. Haggard Darkness is a time agent who was trapped in this time when Infinity exploded. Continues to fight the good fight. Bringing along two younger partners who have had experience in dealing with the Soulbreed or any creature that raises its ugly head.

A giant stone of immense power held the layers of time in sync since the universe itself was created. This stone was placed in the time stream to be protected. The Time Lords watched and protected the stone through eternity until a sect of Rogue Time Lords wanted the stone for themselves and caused the stone to be shattered into hundreds of shards. The Rogues escaped and vanished. A force of “Guardians” were given the task to find each shard by the Time Lords with hopes that once the stone was joined back together the stone would be able to put time back into balance. The Rogues put together a group to find the shards with promises of great powers. The PARADOX WARS began…
